Stadium and Band Hall Procedures for All Games

1. No student is allowed to have vistors in the stands.  If a parent needs to speak with a student, they must find a chaperone and have the chaperone pass the message to the student or the srudent will be brought down long enough to get the message and then return promptly back to their seat.

2. No student is allowed to leave the stands unless Mr. Hooten or Mr. Philley releases them to perform or to march out after the game.

3. No student will accept food or drink from visitors in the stands.  If everyone is not eating or drinking then no one is eating or drinking; this incudes chaperones.

4. No student is allowed to stop and speak with anybody when marching in or out.  All students remain together or with a chaperone at all times.

5. No parents, friends or non-band members are allowed in the band hall before or after the game.  ONLY STAFF, CHAPERONES AND BAND MEMBERS ALLOWED.  There is too much activity going on, and it only adds to the confusion.  You may meet your band student in the parking lot outside the band hall once Mr. Hooten or Mr. Philley dismisses them after the game.

6. All of our procedures are based on the students safety, since we have a number of students in the band it is very hard for chaperones to know everyone of their families, and we wish never to have antything happen to you students.  When they report to the band hall for a show, they are then the responsibility of our chaperones.  We ask that you follow the rules.  Please speak with your studentsabout fllowing these rules as well.

TO A GREAT AND SUCCESSFUL YEAR!
